  • Worked on a rotation of four supervised marketing communication projects

  • Expanded my marketing communication techniques by editing 1 pager handout, drafting a compact, and noting areas of opportunities for written Summary Plan Description

  • Designed and created a presentation to EHP leadership team on marketing communication areas of improvement for EHP website

June 2020 - August 2020

  • Compiled new hire content for the new EHP website design project and demonstrated the ability to craft tailored messaging for the Healthy Choice Program 

  • Attended the rollout process of the newly launched app for the Cleveland Clinic Healthy Choice Program App

  • Suggested the idea to create an infographic video and worked on storyboard script/media images curated with content specific to New Hires at onboarding orientation

  • Wrote and edited patient education handouts on Adobe InDesign

  • Developed a storyboard script for a patient infographic medical procedure

  • Attended meetings on brainstorming ways to improve health literacy within HVTI's patient education materials. Suggested to supervisor incorporation of tailored messaging on MyChart
